The County of Wellington will be making citizen appointments to certain special purpose bodies, as listed below. Anyone interested in serving should apply in writing to the undersigned providing a detailed resume outlining their background and experience.

Wellington County Library Board

The County Library Board is a corporate body and administers library services for the County of Wellington. Candidates should have an interest and knowledge in public library issues.

Wellington County Police Services Board

Special Meetings may be called

The County Police Services Board is a civilian body that works with the Ontario Provincial Police in setting policing priorities for the community. Candidates should have an understanding of policing issues, experience in policy making, some volunteer involvement in community organizations and knowledge of Wellington County.
