Wellington County Museum and Archives Community Survey

The Wellington County Museum and Archives (WCMA) is developing a five year Strategic Plan to respond to our communities’ needs.  A critical component of the Plan is to obtain feedback from residents about how we are doing and what future programmes, events and directions you would like to see us take as your community Museum and Archives.  We’re especially interested in hearing from those of you that have never visited us before to find out what you’d like to see at the WCMA!
 
The questionnaire is confidential, and no responses will be released that would enable the identification of individual respondents.  As a ‘thank you’ for taking the time to respond, you can enter your name into a draw for an iPad at the conclusion of the survey.  (All personal contact information collected in this manner will be destroyed after the winner is selected.) Note: Once you have begun the survey, please proceed to the end.
