COVID-19 Vaccine Pre-Registration and Appointment Booking

Wellington County Library staff are available to help you pre-register for your COVID-19 vaccine and online appointment booking. If you are a resident of Wellington County who currently qualifies to pre-register for a COVID-19 vaccine, phone or visit any Wellington County Library location during open hours for one-on-one help. Please note that computer appointments must be made in advance. Masks are required and screening forms must be completed on entry to all library branches.

You will need the following information to pre-register:

·  Address
·  Email address
·  Health card number

If you do not have an email address, and do not have a family member or friend to assist you by providing an email address, you should phone Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health at 1.844.780.0202. Call volumes are extremely high so please be patient and expect significant time delays.
