Public access computers and Wi-Fi are available in branch. Children are entitled to use our public computers. As with other library mateirals and services, children's use of the computers and the internet is the responsibility of parents or guardians.

Hotspots (mobile Internet) and iPads are available to take home. Items must be checked out with an adult card and may have a wait list.

Check out one of our Maker Kits today and learn computer programming, coding, robotics and more. Maker Kits are designed to facilitate learning and play for all ages and skill levels. Each kit comes with a piece of new technology, accessories if required, and some instructions to help get you started.

 

 UGDSB Chromebooks
Have a school project to research? Chromebooks can be checked out to any Upper Grand District School Board student to help complete a school assignment, access the internet, and more. All that's needed is UGDSB log in information and a valid Wellington County Library Card.

Wellington County Learning Centre provides help with reading, writing, and math to learners of all ages. Services for students include one-on-one tutoring for youth (ages 8 to 18) and an after school math programme for grades 3 - 8. Tutors are able to meet clients at any Wellington County Library branch.
