What can Wellington County Library do for you?

Borrowing and Collections

Wellington County Library has over 300 000 lendable items in our collection, including books, magazines, movies, music, and different maker kits. In addition to our physical collection, we also offer eBooks, eAudiobooks, and digital movie streaming services to library members. Please see Borrowing for more information.

Please read our Collections Policy for information about collection scope, materials selection criteria, withdrawal and replacement of materials, donations, reconsideration of materials, and the local authors’ collection.

In-house technology

Curious about 3D printing? Have pants that need hemming but no sewing machine? Check out Technology at Your Library to see what in-house technology we have available. Our in-house technology often moves around the County, so check regularly to see what's available at your local branch.

Reader's advisory

Whether you're not sure what to read next, haven't read anything in years and aren't sure where to start, or need a book for a school project, the library can help. Check out our online catalogue to inspire your next read, or better yet, stop by your local branch and ask one of our friendly staff to recommend something to you. We love talking about books of all kinds!

  • If you do not get a pop up, open your regular browser and you will be redirected to the policy.

  • Once you have agreed to the policy, you will be connected automatically to the internet.
