Remembrance Ceremony

How do you remember?  To commemorate the contributions of the fallen (from WWI to Afghanistan from Wellington County), almost 500 memorial markers will be placed on the front lawn at Wellington County Museum and Archives (WCMA).

Please join us for our annual Remembrance Ceremony on Monday, November 6 at 10:30 am:

  • 10:30 am - Remembrance Ceremony on the front lawn of WCMA with members of the Royal Canadian Legion from across the County. Refreshments will follow in the Nicholas Keith Room. 


Please join us on November 10 at 5:30 pm for our candle-lighting tribute on the front lawn in honour of the County's Fallen. Everyone is welcome to light a candle.
