Each year, the County of Wellington highlights the efforts that have been made in an effort to remove barriers throughout the County.
Multi-year Accessibility Plan
As part of the AODA, accessibility standards have been created to remove and prevent barriers to people with disabilities. The Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR) requires the County to develop a multi-year plan that sets out how we will comply with the IASR. It also requires that our Accessibility Advisory Committee and the public be provided the opportunity to give feedback on our plan.
