Service Manager Manual and Directives

The County of Wellington Social Services Department - Housing Services is the Consolidated Municipal Services Manager for all housing providers in Wellington and Guelph. As the Services Manager the County has the flexibility to establish policies to accommodate local needs and priorities. All Provincially and locally established policies are communicated to housing providers through the Guides. Directives and information Bulletins provided in this Service Manager Manual.

Housing Providers are requested to amend their policies/procedures in accordance with mandatory Guides and Directives in this Services Manager Manual if they are not already in compliance. If you have any questions regarding any of the Guides, Directives or information Bulletins, please contact your Housing Advisor
