The Board of Directors' Handbook is a tool developed specifically for Licensed Child Care Boards of Directors and Licensed Child Care Supervisors in the City of Guelph and the County of Wellington. The primary purpose of this resource is to assist Board of Directors in fulfilling their responsibility as a Board of Director. The intended outcome is for all community agencies to have Board and management structures in place that contribute to good governance and accountability, resulting in high quality service delivery
