Financial Subsidy for On-The-Job Training

Employers may qualify for a training subsidy for individuals hired through the Supportive Job Services programmer. This limited financial support is intended to give Ontario Works participants an opportunity for on-the-job training, where deemed essential, while receiving wages for employment.
