Ways to make an application for Housing

Mail- you can call the County Housing Access Centre at 519.837.5492 to have an application package sent to you.

Pick-up- you can pick up Application Forms and Information Packages at the following locations:

  • County of Wellington Housing Services
  • Local Housing Providers
  • Housing Co-operatives

There is an after hours drop box for personal delivery located at the side door at the top of the ramp.

Review of eligibility and decision letter

The Access Centre staff will assess the completed application and you will receive a letter regarding the status your your application.

To maintain your eligible status, you are required to notify our office in writing within 30 days if there are any changes to your household income, address, phone number or number of family members.  Annual updates are mailed annually.

Any changes to your address or phone number must be reported to Applicant Services at 519.837.5492.

Annual updates will be mailed to you to complete and return. NOTE - if the annual update is not returned, your application will be cancelled.
