Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Wellington County Multicultural Festival! Applications to participate can be submitted online by March 20, 2025. At this time, event organizers will review applications and select vendors, exhibitors, and performers to participate in the event. We will notify all applicants if they have been selected by April 4, 2025. We appreciate your interest and hope to have you join us at the festival!

Important Dates

There are no fees for exhibitors or vendors. Food vendors selling food on-site are required to submit a copy of their license to the Township of Centre Wellington. 

It is important to note that only food prepared in a registered commercial kitchen can be sold at the Multicultural Festival. Those using a food truck or preparing food on-site are required to complete the Township’s Vendor License application form and pay a $25 fee. This fee is due no later than April 25, 2025. Failure to pay this fee may result in re-assignment of the vendor spot to another vendor. A link to the vendor license application will be sent to all accepted vendors by April 4.  

The Wellington County Multicultural Festival focuses on cultural performances and cuisines. This year, we are open to welcoming product sellers to our new ethnocultural marketplace. Vendors selling ethnocultural items like accessories, shoes, clothing, souvenirs, décor and art are encouraged to apply. Selected vendors will need to pay a nominal fee to the Township of Centre Wellington and submit the required documents.

The Multicultural Festival takes place on the grounds of the Wellington County Museum and Archives, with activities and vendors located both indoors and outdoors. Due to a limited number of indoor spaces available, indoor spaces will be assigned by the event organizer. A site map indicating where your booth will be located will be shared with you by June 23, 2025.

Each vendor with be provided with two 6-foot tables, two chairs and an approximate 10x10ft space. Vendors are welcome to bring additional tables and chairs to set up their space as needed. 

If you require access to electricity, please let us know in your application so we can ensure that your display is placed in proximity to an electrical outlet. You are required to bring your own extension cord (minimum 25 to 50 ft) to access the electricity.  

Performers will be provided access to a dressing room.

You are required to bring your own 10x10 tent for your outdoor vendor space. Please ensure you have weights, sandbags, or similar, to anchor your tent in place. Most vendor spaces are located on a concrete driveway, so tents cannot be staked into the ground.  If you do not have a tent, please us know at the time of application.
