Pedagogical Mentorship
Pedagogical Mentorship is available to child care and early learning educators working in the County of Wellington and City of Guelph.
Guided by How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years, the Pedagogical Leaders work alongside individual child care and early learning educators and teams to promote practices that are responsive to the needs of the programme, and that support the learning that occurs through the relationships between children, educators, families and environments.
