Central to Reaching IN...Reaching OUTᴼᴹ (RIRO) is the importance of relationships and role modeling. These key components are embedded inside of our skills trainings and are brought to life through the important role of our RIRO and BBT Trainers.
Our trainers role model resiliency skills in action, and use their facilitation skills to enhance group dynamics and offer supportive relationships to participants during their training experiences.
Trainer Intensive Programme
To help develop these facilitation skills and to ensure the fidelity of RIRO or BBT skills trainings we have developed a Trainer Intensive Programme to provide our trainers with the necessary knowledge, and on-going training support to successfully bring RIRO or BBT skills training programmes to their individual organizations and communities.
To become an authorized RIRO / BBT Trainer, interested individuals complete a series of training components. These include:
- Completion of RIRO 12-hours Resiliency Skills Training
- Participation in the RIRO Trainer Intensive and BBT Trainer-Intensive
