Affordable Housing is a unit where rent is at or below the most recently released Average Market Rent levels published by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
To apply for affordable housing, you need to contact the provider directly from the list below. Affordable housing is separate from the Subsidized Housing Application and Centralized Waiting List.
You can apply to affordable projects and still keep your application on the Centralized Waiting List.
