Public Engagement

The County Emergency Management team creates public awareness on the different types of hazards and how to be better prepared should they occur throughout the County using social media, local radio, newspapers and more during Emergency Preparedness (EP) week and throughout the year.

Upcoming Public Events

We'll be out and about at community events throughout the year and would welcome the opportunity to connect. This year we've been out to several events such as various Home Shows, Open House events, EP Day events, 150th celebrations, summer camps, and much more!
