Housing Stability Programme - Online Application

About Us:

The Housing Stability Programme provides support to households experiencing and/or at risk of homelessness living in the Wellington County or City of Guelph area.

This online application is to help households have another accessible option to apply for housing stability programme support. 

What to Expect:

  • The online application will ask and collect basic information about your household and current situation including basic financial and personal contact information. 
  • The survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
  • Households can save at any point in the survey to submit later.
  • If you currently reside outside Wellington County or the City of Guelph, you will be ineligible to receive assistance through our Programmes. Please contact the municipality you reside in for assistance.

The County of Wellington Housing Stability Programme is only available to residents in Wellington County and the City of Guelph.

Households living outside of Wellington County and the City of Guelph are required to contact their local Housing Stability Programme or local municipality to explore eligibility.

County of Wellington Centralized Waitlist Information

Households living outside of Wellington County and the City of Guelph are able to apply to be placed on the Centralized Housing Waitlist (CWL) through County of Wellington Applicant Services Department.
