About Us:

The Housing Stability Programme provides support to households experiencing and/or at risk of homelessness living in the Wellington County or City of Guelph area.

This online application is to help households have another accessible option to apply for housing stability programme support. 

What to Expect:

• The online application will ask and collect basic information about your household and current situation including basic financial and personal contact information. 
• The survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
• Households can save at any point in the survey to submit later.
