Explore Wellington has a NEW look!

Zoomed in map of Centre Wellington

The County's online mapping system has been upgraded with a more intuitive interface, improved performance, and new tools to make it easier to discover geographic information and points of interest across Wellington County.

Check out Explore Wellington's new interactive GIS maps to search for addresses, street names, communities, parks, trails, and points of interest across the County. The tool can also be used to create custom maps, measure distance and area, add your own mapping data, draw shapes, and add text.

Provincial Agricultural Land Base & Natural Heritage Systems

In 2018, the province of Ontario issued the final Agricultural System and Natural Heritage System mapping for the Greater Golden Horseshoe area. The County has taken these systems and overlaid them on Wellington County base mapping for your convenience.

Since 2006, the Green Legacyᴼᴹ programme has organized annual Warden's Tree Planting events for County and County employees and local municipal staff. This map tells the story of these plantings.

In November 2020, the Wellington County Museum and Archives launched Wellington County Remembers: Our Cenotaphs Unveiled, a virtual exhibit that maps and tells the story of the Wellington County cenotaphs in our communities.
