There are two distinct, purpose-built permanent supportive housing for adults, both of which are located in Guelph.

Wyndham House has supportive housing programmes for youth at two locations in Guelph (Suffolk Street and Bellevue). There are two locations for Supportive Housing for pregnant and parenting women.
