10-Year Homelessness & Housing Plan: 2025-2035

We're updating our 10-Year Housing and Homelessness Plan: A Place to Call Home which will guide our work from 2025 to 2035.

By taking a system-wide approach, we aim to ensure that services are coordinated, effective, and deeply aligned with the unique needs of Wellington County and Guelph

Over the coming months, we will review:

  • Existing programmes and services, including gaps and challenges
  • Best practices from other successful communities
  • Opportunities to better align resources and strengthen collaboration

Our Commitment to Inclusion: We are engaging directly with those with lived experience of homelessness through our Lived Experience Advisory Group (LEAG) and the Health and Housing Planning Table to ensure these voices lead our strategy.

Have Your Say: Community Engagement Sessions

We invite community members, service providers, and partners to share insights and help shape local priorities for housing stability and homelessness response. We are hosting several sessions tailored to different groups.
