Led by triple Michelin-origin Chef and Owner, Miles Pundsack-Poe, FOXY'S brings creative Spanish tapas, cocktails and more to Elora, Ontario.

Inspired by Chef Miles' years living and cooking throughout the finest kitchens in Spain, his Foxy's concept focuses on vibrant classic and creative tapas, seafood and grill share plates, premium conservas, a mix of hyper-local and Spanish specialty ingredients and bold flavours infused with his luxurious flair.

To drink, a sophisticated list of playful cocktails, vintage European wines and specialty beer curated to flavour complement Foxy's plates and lively social atmosphere.

Located in the lobby of The Ayrshire Hotel, FOXY'S buzzing lounge and summer patio is now open.
