Lost Aviator Coffee Company founded in Guelph Ontario, Canada in 2020 by two longtime friends and career airline pilots, Adam and Steve. When a pandemic induced layoff clipped their wings, they decided when life serves you lemons, make coffee! There are few things more beautiful than the view from 40,000 feet with a cup of great coffee in hand. Seeing parts of the earth that are nearly impossible to reach, or even view, from the ground has provided us an appreciation for our planet from a whole new perspective. With this appreciation for our planet, we founded Lost Aviator Coffee with sustainability and ethical sourcing as our core values. Our goal is to provide you a captivating start to your day (or night), with the knowledge that we are support direct trade local farmers, and the environment. Locally roasted, by us, right here in Ontario.
