Today our cows and farmers help us create an entire line of fresh, local dairy products that are minimallyprocessed, from healthy animals that graze on fresh organic pasture. Our line includes milk, cream,cheese, kefir, ice cream, butter, cottage cheese, cream cheese, and yogurt. Organic farming may takemore work and extra care, but one sip of our fresh milk and you'll agree, it's well worth the effort.
