Yungblut Maples is a 14 acre maple bush located between Harriston and Palmerston. We have 1300 taps hooked to a pipeline on a vacuume system in close proximity to our sugar shack and other outbuildings. The sap runs through an RO and a forced air, wood fired fired evaporator is used to boil sap. We respect current health regulations and have products available on site.
