Glenaviland Development Corporation (Mapleton)

Proposed revision to the plan of subdivision is to change Block 90 of the original draft plan from a cluster townhouse block to an on-street townhouse development including the creation of two public road allowances, and a public walkway. The proposed design will also include 57 freehold, on-street townhouse units.
