Boozy Bees: Mead Making - 2 Part Workshop hosted by Wicked Welly Farm and Apiary

Join Christine and explore the world of homemade honey wine (mead) making. By the end of part 2 you will know how to make and bottle your own mead.

Part 1: You will learn about the history of mead, how its made and participate in a demonstration on how to make a basic mead. You will get to enjoy a tasting of some meads Christine has made.

Part 2: You will learn to calculate the alcohol content, what is racking and how to bottle and cork your mead. You will taste some of your mead from Part 1 and will leave with a bottle of the mead you helped make and bottle!

This is a limited seating workshop. Ticket price includes both Part 1 and Part 2.
