SweetCheeses! offers in-person cheese education classes that are capped to optimize the learning experience.

- Featuring over 60 of the greatest of all time sheep, cow and goat cheeses from across Canada and around the world. And some delicious non-cheese food by Caraway Culinary & Olive Haven.
Topics that may be covered include: History of Cheese, Cheesemaking Science 101, Major Classifications and seasonal themes.
You will be provided with the cheese, tasting notes and a 1-hour class on the fundamentals for each style of cheese. During each class we will sample a total of 8-10 different cheeses; learn some aspects of cheesemaking; nuances between the different styles of cheese; build a larger sensory vocabulary and expand your palate. These classes are perfect for the cheese enthusiast.
