Event Information
Join us for a three-course dinner and social event. This event has no dress code and is open to interpretation. Enjoy a locally harvested dinner in the company of our neighbours.
Upon arrival guests will be welcomed with a light social time while everyone is encouraged to find their seats with drinks. Once all of our guests have arrived, tables will begin with an appetizer. Following the appetizer Chef Jordan Schram of “Belly and the Beast Food Co” will serve pre-selected entrees made with curated selection of local meats and produce. Details on entrees below. The dessert selection will follow. Guests are encouraged to stay for music and socializing upon conclusion of the meal.

Appetizer
- Autumn salad: kale, roasted beets, apples, goat cheese, and candied pecans
- Toasted sourdough and grainy mustard butter for the table
Main Course
- Herb Roasted chicken, charred Brussels, sweet potato mash, thyme jus
- Braised beef short rib, heirloom carrot, garlic mashed potato, Demi glacé
- Butter nut squash ravioli, pumpkins ricotta sage, brown butter.
Dessert
- Pumpkin tart walnut cremeux, cinnamon ice cream
- Vegan alternative: banana parfait, banana crisp, caramelized banana, salted caramel (no dairy)
