In this session, you’ll learn how to uncover hidden risks using PEMEP (People, Equipment, Materials, Environment and Process) and 5 Whys. You’ll develop a practical approach to move beyond surface-level inspections and observations—so you can ask better questions, dig deeper, identify risks others miss, and prevent more incidents.
