Event Description
Harmony Meadows Alpaca opens its doors for our annual Shearing Weekend in Belwood, Ontario.
Watch live alpaca shearing, meet 40+ alpacas (including Merlin, our never-shorn alpaca getting his first haircut), explore self-directed Farm Explorer stations, and check out our hands-on Fleece Journey table — touch raw fleece all the way through to finished yarn.
What's included:
• Live alpaca shearing throughout both days
• Farm Explorer stations across the property
• Hands-on Fleece Journey table
• Live acoustic music in the back yard (approx. 11 AM – 3 PM)
• Mini Market of local artisans
• Charity BBQ on site (separate purchase)
• Lawn games, colouring station, farm store access
