    Traditional Sugar Shack / Cabane à Sucre experience — Limited seats. Supporting Food Day Canada with very special guest chefs. Join us for what will become the opening spring event of the season.

    On Friday, March 27, Food Day Canada invites you to an unforgettable Sugar Shack Supper at the beautiful Elliott Tree Farm — an intimate, firelit celebration of maple, community, and Canadian food culture. This special evening supports Food Day Canada’s national food literacy programming while immersing guests in one of Canada's most cherished traditions. The first run of maple sap.

    With only 100 seats available, this is a rare opportunity to gather, feast, and celebrate under the stars.

    The Experience
    5:30 – 6:30 PM Arrival & Maple Immersion

    Begin your evening in the Maple Syrup Museum with:

    • A maple-inspired welcome
    • Passed canapés
    • Maple syrup tasting
    • Live sugar boil demonstration
    • Maple taffy on snow
    • Access to the Maple Museum
    • Bonfire ambiance

    6:30 PM Farm Supper in the Paddocks

    Guests will move indoors to harvest tables for a family-style Sugar Shack Supper prepared by Chef Ted Reader, Chef Jeff Stewart, and a team of up and coming student chefs.

    Open seating. Communal tables. Rustic elegance. Expect a refined take on traditional sugar shack favourites — elevated, generous, and deeply Canadian.
