Set around one long table in the heart of the distillery, you'll enjoy an evening of seasonal flavours at their peak, paired cocktails that bring out the profile of each dish, and shared stories that bring it all together.
Chef James Stephenson has created a five-course menu that explores summer produce and local ingredients at their best. The experience is paired with three custom cocktails, to highlight the depth and character of our spirits.
