(“the Business”), authorizes the Corporation of the County of Wellington (“the County”), Town of Minto, Town of Erin, Township of Centre Wellington, Township of Wellington North, Township of Mapleton, Township of Guelph/Eramosa, and Township of Puslinch ( collectively “ the Member Municipalities”), and its successors, assigns and licensees jointly and severally ( “ the County”) to use its name, logo and/or trademark without notice to or consent by the Business, in connection with certain promotional materials that the County and the Member Municipalities , jointly and severally may disseminate to the public. The promotional materials may include, but are not limited to, brochures, video tape, internet website, press releases, advertising in newspaper and/or other periodicals, social media, and any other materials relating the fact that the County and the Member Municipalities has a relationship with the Business relating to education, training, marketing, and sponsorship and such materials may be developed, disseminated and used without the Business’ review. Nothing herein obligates the County and the Member Municipalities to use the Business’ name, logo and/or trademark, in any promotional materials of the County and Member Municipalities. The Business shall not, and shall not permit any of its respective Affiliates to, issue any press release or other public disclosure using the name, logo or otherwise referring to the County and the Member Municipalities or of any of their affiliates, without the prior written consent of the County and the Member Municipalities.
