The Green Development Program is a voluntary recognition program to celebrate and support leadership in energy efficient and climate resilient new residential development projects across Dufferin, Grey, and Wellington Counties. 

If you are a developer, builder, or applicant or consultant working on behalf of a developer or builder, this brief program interest form lets us know you are interested in learning more, so we can follow up with you. Aside from contact information, all other fields in this form are optional. However, please complete as much as you can. 

How to participate: 

  1. Complete this initial Program Interest Form. 
  2. When you have enough project details to apply for recognition, send the completed Green Development Program Scorecard (Excel template) and supporting documents here.  
  3. County staff will review your application. 
  4. Once reviewed and after any formal development approvals, you will receive an email confirming your achievement and recognition details.
