Please complete the following fields to submit an entry to the Visit and Win Farmers' Market Trail Passport contest. 

We invite you to come out and see our amazing local markets in person. Pick up a Farmers’ Market Trail Passport at any participating markets or let us mail you one. Get your passport stamped when visiting any local market and submit a photo of your passport to be entered in a draw to win one of three local food gift packs valued at $150.00.

How to participate:

  1. Pick up a Farmers’ Market Trail Passport or request one here.
  2. Collect a stamp each time you visit a Wellington County or Guelph Farmers’ Market. Stamps can be collected from regular visits to your favourite local market or make it a tour and visit different markets across Wellington County and Guelph!
  3. Once you have collected at least six (6) stamps, fill out the contact information on the ‘Visit and Win’ contest submission form.
  4. Submit a photo of your completed ‘Visit and Win’ stamp page.
