Each spring, the Minto Arts Council hosts the Minto Juried Art Show, an annual exhibition that brings together emerging and established artists from across the province. Held in the Minto Arts Gallery, this event showcases a wide range of visual artworks and awards prizes in multiple categories.
For many rural and regional artists, finding a platform that is both respected and welcoming can be a challenge. The Minto Juried Art Show fills that gap by offering professional recognition and public exhibition in a gallery setting right in the heart of midwestern Ontario.
Since 2017, the Minto Juried Art Show has grown in reach and reputation, drawing artists from across Ontario. Winners receive cash prizes, public recognition, and the opportunity to exhibit in a central gallery space visited by audiences from Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, the Georgian Bay region and beyond.
