    Event Information

Join the Elora Cataract Trailway Association for our next Move and Talk — Learn About Walking with Poles!

Meet us in the parking lot at the back of the Aboyne Museum, 0536 Wellington Rd 18, Fergus, for a relaxed and informative outing focused on learning about walking with poles. Whether you’re a seasoned pole walker or simply curious, everyone is welcome!

The walk will be led by Renée and Hal. The focus of the outing is learning about walking with poles, and we will have a presentation on the benefits and techniques — details to come! We will then head out along the Trestle Bridge Trail to the Elora Cataract Trailway — an approximate 4 km loop.

Please note that poles are not mandatory — come as you are!

    A few things to remember:

    • Bring your poles if you have them
    • Bring a water bottle — there is a water bottle filling station at the Museum
    • Washrooms are available at the Museum

    This event is weather dependent.

No registration required — just show up and walk!
