Get to know incredible cheesemakers and their dairies this summer at the ‘Meet the Maker’ series at the Elora Farmers’ Market. This initiative is a collaboration between the Elora Farmers’ Market and SweetCheeses!
For a third year, this special summer series will bring Ontario dairies to the market to showcase their products, have a in depth “cheese chat” about the practices and nuances of cheesemaking and of course providing tasty samples.
Drop by the Elora Farmers’ Market on the following dates to learn more about each of these makers:
- July 11: Stonetown Artisan Cheese
- July 25: Gunn’s Hill Artisan Cheese
- August 22: Golspie Dairy
About SweetCheeses!
Heather from SweetCheeses! enthusiastically shares her knowledge of cheese and over two decades of working in the cheese industry. She has worked as a cheesemaker, cheesemonger, cheese educator and an international cheese judge. Currently she sells exceptional, locally produced artisanal cheeses.
