Founded in 1994 by Joe Henriques as a miscellaneous metals fabricator, Gensteel has evolved into a full-service steel designer, fabricator, and erectors certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB). Our fully enclosed plant in Erin, Ontario, includes a 13,000 square foot structural steel fabrication bay, with multiple overhead crane configurations and up to 10-ton lifting capacity. We use state-of-the-art cutting technology, capable of processing steel plate of up to one inch in thickness, to within 1/16th of an inch of accuracy.
