Jackie has been beekeeping since 2017 and has apiaries on several farms within the Town of Erin, along with one on her sister-in-law's fruit farm in Oakville. After taking several beekeeping courses through the Ontario Beekeepers Association Technology Transfer Program (TTP) and working hands on with her own bees, Jackie enrolled in and graduated from the 2-year Cornell University Master Beekeeping course.
Jackie extracts and bottles her own honey for selling locally. Her honey is unpasteurized and raw, and every batch is unique due to the current floral nectar source in the area.
