Wellington County, Ont.- Recently, Attractions Ontario announced the nominations for the 9th Annual Ontario’s Choice Awards. The Wellington County Museum and Archives (WCMA) is pleased to be named as a finalist in two categories.
What makes the Ontario’s Choice Awards unique is the way in which winners are chosen – by the people who visit and vote for them.
The WCMA is nominated in two categories:
• Top Museum/Art Gallery/Historic Site
• Top Small Museum/ Art Galleries/ Historic Sites
Residents and visitors can vote for the WCMA in both categories, once a day, until September 8. The attraction that receives the most votes across all categories will be declared the Attraction of the Year at the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario Summit in October 2024.
