Event Description
Enjoy samples of 80+ Apple varieties, as well as 20+ Pears, 8+ Asian Pears, Pawpaws, Sea Buckthorn, Haskaps, Hardy Kiwi, and more. Many of the apples and pears will be available to purchase (while quantities last).
All proceeds benefitting a local charity (Lighthouse Ministries International). Admission includes fruit tasting and horse drawn wagon tours of the nursery, rose field, and orchards. Children 5 and under are FREE! (admission fees and vendors are cash payments only).
This year we will also have the following vendors on site:
- Sand Hills Maple Products (maple sugar, maple syrup, and maple candy produced locally);
- Aunties Grove Preserves (homemade jams, relishes and preserves);
- Jewels Under the Kilt (Canadian made and sourced artisan nuts);

- McDermott County Meadow (lavender products as well as flowers, fruits, vegetables and herbs); James Ferrier (pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks, squash, bales);
- LisaT Art (canvas paintings and hand painted apparel);

- Blue Pepper Tea Infusions (spice and herbal tea blends);
- Zing Foods (marinades);
- Healthy Prickly Concepts (cactus tortilla chips and tortillas);

Get your Thanksgiving pies! Pumpkin, apple, and more will be available, sliced or whole!
Burgers, sausages and hotdogs will be served by T&M BBQ Catering. Available from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm (not included with admission).
