Palmerston’s prettiest park gets a glow up with colourful Christmas lights lining the park’s trails, walkways and features. A must-see signature community event!
- 5:30 pm - Hot Dogs by donation in the Foodland Parking Lot
- 6:00 pm - Hot Drinks at the Lion's Shed
- 6:00 pm - Greetings
- 6:05 pm - Lighting of the Park
- After the lighting: Palmerston Glee Club performs and fireworks display

We also encourage everyone to bring an item for the Giving Tree (located along the pathway) which will be donated to the local food bank. We encourage food items (please check the expiry dates!), Walmart or Foodland gift cards. Cash donations are also accepted.
