Wellington County, Ont.- Due to inclement weather, the following services will have disruptions:
- Hillsburgh Library opening at 12:00 pm
- Belwood, Riverstown, and Harriston Waste Facilities will delay opening to remove snow
- Curbside collection may experience delays
- RideWell Rural Transit will be cancelled until noon and may experience delays when service resumes
