NEW - Expanded Recycling Cart Service for Businesses - Register Today!
The recycling cart programme that began in spring of 2025 is expanding to include a wider collection area of businesses in April this year.
Businesses located within the 14 identified urban collection areas will have the opportunity to register and begin receiving cart collection of their blue box recyclables.

Blue Box Transition took place on July 1
Wellington County is no longer responsible for the residential recycling collection programme as of July 1. Residents will continue to have their blue boxes collected by the same contractor on their usual day.

When's my collection day?
Find your curbside collection schedule. Place your waste at the curb between 7:00 pm on the evening before and 7:00 am on the morning of your scheduled pick up day.
