- Wellington County Museum and Archives
- Wellington County Libraries
- County Child Care and Learning Centres (parents asked to pick up children as soon as possible)
- All Social Services Offices
- Solid Waste Services Sites
- Green Legacy Tree Nurseries
- The Ride Well Rural Transit Service may experience delays or interruptions to service.
