Revel Cider

We make cider, wine and vermouth from 100% local fruit and botanicals, foraged and farmed. We don't add any sugar to our blends, they're all totally dry, wild fermented and unfiltered. We try to make beverages that truly represent the time and place they come from.

For years we've shipped our ciders around the world, but you can now finally drink them at our cidery in Guelph. We have a full menu of cider, wine, beer and cocktails, with a few small plates of food. Check out our website for the most up to date hours.
