The proposed Official Plan Amdendment is to redesignate the subject lands from Secondary Agricultural Area to Rural Employment Area and to introduce site-specific policies permitting a dry industrial development. The amendment will also permit parking and loading along Wellington Road 34 and establish site-specific provisions relating to separation distances from sensitive land uses.
