Boozy Bees Mead Workshop at Wicked Welly Farm and Apiary

Christine will demonstrate how to transfer the mead for clarification, bottling a finished mead and using specific gravity to calculate the alcohol content. She will also be talking about homemade liqueurs and giving samples of her walnut, strawberry and honey liqueurs! If you are interested in making mead and other elixirs at home, this is a must attend.
