Join us on Saturday, January 25 for a Robbie Burns dinner and celebration, Highland-Style!
Highland Rugby is proud to present our first annual Robbie Burns dinner and celebration, happening Saturday, January 25 at the Victoria Park Fieldhouse. Doors open at 6:00 pm and the fun starts right away!
Wellington Brewery will be on hand offering flights of delicious beer, while the Grand Celtic Pipe band of Fergus will provide entertainment.
Dinner is at 7:00 pm and will feature a classic Haggis, Neeps and Tatties menu, with roast beef and vegetarian options also available. Dinner will also feature the 'Address to a Haggis' made famous by Burns, while the toasts to the Lads and Lassies will also be celebrated.
Following dinner, whiskey sampling will be available, featuring spirits that have a connection to Burns, Scotland's most famous poet. There will be a selection of door prizes available to be won and the evening will culminate with the Stock Your Bar prize drawing. Full, licensed bar available.
